Administrative Staff
Our philosophy within the group, is that each person should work to their strenths and spend the majority of
their time working on tasks that they are naturally good at. We utilize the DISC profile as well as other assessments
to find out where a staff person excels and to hire someone that fits in cohesively with the team. We are also working with
some interns and outsource some of our responsibilities to better leverage the team, ie web site design and placement .
